Ayesha bint abi bakr (bint ‘abdullah ibn abi quahaafah, رضي الله عنها) died 58 hijrah

Abu bakr (real name: ‘Abdullah ibn Abi Quhaafah) died 13 hijrah

Abu darr jundub bin junam al ghiffari among the first to accept islam he too went to medina and accompanied the prophet allayhe salat wasslam in many battles and well respected for his knowledge and strict zuhud died in 32 hijri

Abu huraira name is abdurrahman bin saqr bin ad dausi embraced islam in the 7th year of hijrah. he was famous for his strict narration of hadeeth, most prolific narrator of hadeeth and was appointed gov of bahrain (modern day ahza in saudia) died in 59 hijrah

Abu qatadah al ansari al sulaimani the knights of the Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and was present at uhud and hudaybiyah.

Abu saeed al khudri saad bin maalik as sinan bin ubayd al ansari al khazjraji, he and his father were both companions. He witnessed all battles after Uhud is a scholar among companions narrated many ahadeeth from the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) . He died in  syria  74 hijrah

Abu talha zayd bin sahl bin al assud bin harram al khazraji al ansari  he was one of the wathcers at night at ‘aqabah, and was described by the Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as having light of islam between his eyes and a commanding voice in battle, he died in medinah in 34 hijri

Amr bin al aas bin wa`eel al quraishi as-sehbi  he accepted islam in the year of hudaibiyah, he conqured Egypt and died in 43 hijrah

Amr bin ‘absah as sulaymanee   the fourth person to accept islam and was advised by Prophet to go back to peoplel of Banu Sulaym to give dawah, he rejoined the Messenger allayhe salat wassalam after the conquest of Makkah and accompanied him after his death and moved to syria where he died.

Fudhaala bin ubaid one of the Ansar and witnessed Uhud and every battle with the Messenger allayhee salat wassallam. later moved to Damascus and was appointed Qadhi during the ruling of Muwawiyah radiAllah anhu and died while Mu’awaiyah was still ruling.

Ghurayth bin al harith al kinde from the young companions and died around 18 AH.

Ibn Abbas ibn Abdul Mutalib bin hashim bin ‘adl manaf al quraishi al hashimi cousin of Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم), interpretor of quran, was called the ocean of knowledgte due to his vast knowledge. Took part in jihad in N.africa in the year 27 hijri and died in 68 hijra.

Ibn Masood bin rafidh bin habib al habli (abu abdur-rahman)- Scholar amongst the companions, witnessed badr and the following battles and many virtues and died 32 ah

Ibn umar al khattab al ‘adawi (abu abdur-rahman) – is famous for strict adheriance to the sunnah. reproted many hadeeth of the prophet. died 73 ah

Imran bin husain al khuza’ee al kaabi  accepted islam during the year of khaybar and reported some hadeeth from prophet. Was appointed a qadhi in basra and died in 52 ah.

Irbad bin sariyah one of the earliest to accept islam and described in quran as one crying not having the means to do jihad, died in 75 ah in himms (modern day city in syria).
Nor (is there blame) on those who came to you to be provided with mounts, when you said: ‘I can find no mounts for you’ they turned back, while their eyes overflowing with tears of grief that they could not find anything to spend (for striving in the path of Allah)” Surah at-Tawbah:92)

Jabir bin abullah bin amr bin harram al ansari bin as sulaymani witnessed 2nd pledge of al aqabah and around 16 battles and died 74ah.

Jarir ibn abdillah bin jabir bin malin bin nasr bin tha’alaba bin husham (abu Amr) – Gave pledge to always be sincere and sincerely advise the muslims. was refered to the best of inhabitants of yemen by prophet. died 54 ah.

Muadh bin jabal bin amr bin al `ous al ansari al khazriji (abu abdur-rahman)- one of the foremost companions known for his knowledge and rulings of haram and halal and quran and was present at the pledge of aqabah and witnessed badr at age of 20 and the following battles and was martyred in the 17th or 18th year of hijra Allahu Allam, due to a plague.

Umar ibn al khattab bin nufail al quraishi al ‘adawi (abu hafs) – accepted islam 5 years before hijrah, witnessed every battle with nabi (صلى الله عليه وسلم). was martyed in 23 ah

Uqba bin ‘amir al juhaini ( abu amr) – known for eloquence in poetry and deep knowledge in religion, died in egypt during the ruling of mu’awiyah 58ah.
